« To travel and to Work in the United States » is a program conceived with a view to giving opportunity to the young persons to work, to earn spending money and to travel across the United States. It is an experience which will never be within the reach of a simple tourist.

SYTO Senegal is capable of offering to the Senegalese students a program able of making them achieve during the big vacation of such objectives. (From June 1st) You know it undoubtedly, SYTO Senegal is an organization which takes care of the students on various plans, indoors and outside the Senegal. DETAILS OF THE PROGRAM OF WORK AND TRAVEL IN USA

This program was worked out in close collaboration by SYTO Senegal and certain partners in USAS counting among the most renowned of the world in the field of university exchanges and other international benefits of the same type.

With agreement and help of the American Agency of information, the students accept the necessary approvals in due form. In their quality of lawful guardian of the students the partners issue a certificate of eligibility in favour of the student benefiting from visitor's status as part of trips of exchanges known under the appellation DS-2019.

 This official document allows the student who is profitable there to make issue a visa of type J-1 which authorizes it to work legally in the United States from June 1st till October 19th Beyond this date, if the student did not cease working, it would contravene laws in force in the United States. According to conditions fixed by program, the students interested by a job in the United States have to contact SYTO Senegal beforehand.

 Once the student is in possession of a letter-contract, specifying that an American firm offers him a temporary job as part of trips - exchanges, the student candidate for a temporary job of vacation in the United States, SYTO Senegal transmits the duly filled form of request accompanied with the letter-contract of approval of conscription of the future American employer to the partner with a view to making allocate DS-2019, the necessary certificate of eligibility as foreign student allowed to work in the United States as part of trips of exchange.
